Apartments are now leasing at both 770 P (East Building) and 800 P (West Building). Shaw now has over 120 new residents, 30 dogs, and 4 cats at CityMarket at O.
Speaking of dogs, the famous rooftop dog park is open and the CityDen opened with a whisky tasting last week. The fabulous 6000 sq ft CityFit gym with top of the line aerobic, weights, spinning and yoga/pilates studio, and deck opens soon. It will be followed by the West Building's rooftop pool, grills, and lounge chairs and fire pits. Residents will begin moomoving into 800 P in May.
My favorite story from CityMarket comes from the Hodge on 7th, the affordable building for active adults 55+. Of the 545 prospects on the waiting list, 243 names remain and 32 have signed leases and will begin moving-in in mid-May.
