So Much Going on at O...

don't tell anyone, but...

As Washington Post's food critic Tom Sietsema revealed today that Restaurateur Saied Azali and chef Cedris Maupillier have signed a lease to open a second concept together at the corned of 8th and O.  The yet to be named  restaurant at 8th and O  will be a riff of their highly successful and delicious Mintwood Place in Adams Morgan.  Such an exciting addition to the exciting vibe of CityMarket and Shaw.

Washington Business Journal weighs in on Mintwood team opening second restaurant at CityMarket at O as well

CityDogs at O...

It's all about the dogs --WJLA  asked  the dogs' owners at CityMarket at O about the high life their dogs are living in Shaw.  A very unscientific survey shows that beagles rule at CM@O.

Stay tuned to hear from special guest dogger Buddy the Beagle next week

CityFit Spa @ CityMarket at O -- Say goodbye to gym membership

No need for a gym membership when you live at CityMarket at O.

The CityFit spa is 6,000 square feet of the most high-tech aerobic and strength training equipment on the market.  There are personal training, group spinning, exercise classes, and yoga programmed as well for the airy, sun-filled gym. Roadside Development has thought of all the details to make working out a part of the CityMarket at O experience -- luxurious, thoughtful, and exciting.

An epee wood deck running the length of the second floor gym overlooks Coudriet Way/8th Street and provides a for cooling off after a workout, part of your morning yoga practice, or just a great place to socialize.  Massages in our private spa massage suite can be easily scheduled using the CityMarket at O app.

Everything is coming up at O

Apartments are now leasing at both 770 P (East Building) and 800 P (West Building).   Shaw now has  over 120 new residents, 30 dogs, and 4 cats at CityMarket at O.

Speaking of dogs, the famous rooftop dog park is open and the CityDen opened with a whisky tasting last week.  The fabulous 6000 sq ft CityFit gym with top of the line aerobic, weights, spinning and yoga/pilates studio, and deck opens soon.  It will be followed by the West Building's rooftop pool, grills, and lounge chairs and fire pits.   Residents will begin moomoving into 800 P in May.

My favorite story from CityMarket comes from the Hodge on 7th, the affordable building for active adults 55+.  Of the 545 prospects on the waiting list, 243 names remain and 32 have signed leases and  will begin moving-in in mid-May.
